All utilities included with High Speed Internet, wireless printer, and access to washer and dryer (I provide detergent & softener sheets).
This family environment is not necessarily pristine in common areas due to the shared space, but your room and the bathroom are clean. You could share the bathroom with two other guests and are responsible for cleaning up after yourself. The bathroom is professionally cleaned weekly, but you still want to take care of your hair in the traps, any water left on the counter, toothpaste on the mirror and the trash, etc..
Each room has a refrigerator and microwave, so they are self-sustaining; however, if you need to use the main kitchen, you are welcome to use any appliances, pots, pans, etc., at least three days out of the week. The Cozy Room does not have a bookcase or freezer attached to the mini fridge, so you are welcome to leave frozen foods in the large refrigerator in the main kitchen or freezer in the garage.
Your stay can be 9 or 12 months, or more years (discounted). I have been renting my rooms since 2008. I have two young adult sons and two cats, Shadow and Kristi-Kreme, so if you are allergic or afraid of cats, do not reserve. There are no other pets allowed and the room is for single occupancy only.
The nearest Catabus is the N Route, 15 to 20 minutes walk away, use CATAGO to pick you up and drop you off at the door «show contact info» , or bike in using Bike Trails. There is plenty of on-street parking and one (1) off-street parking space.
There will be a multi-page lease to sign off. Must have first and last month rent and agree to pay for any damage you created during or found within 15 days after leaving so encouraged to take before and after pics. Feel free to call or text to review the lease ahead of time.
