3 Miles from Penn State Comfort Room FURNISHED: $750 monthly

This is a listing for one of the three rooms available in my home. This family environment is not necessarily pristine in common areas due to the shared space, but your room and the bathroom are clean. You may share the bathroom with two other guests... and are responsible for cleaning up after yourself. The bathroom is professionally cleaned weekly, but you still want to take care of your hair in the traps, water on the counter, etc. Each room has a refrigerator and microwave, so they are self-sustaining; however, if you need to use the main kitchen, you are welcome to use any appliances, pots, pans, etc., three to four days a week.

Your stay can be a 9-month or 12-month lease for the year 2025. I have been renting my rooms since 2008. I have two cats, Shadow and Kristi-Kreme, so if you are allergic or afraid of cats, do not reserve. I have two young adult sons, Eli (25) and Josiah (22). Both will be graduating within a year.

The nearest Catabus is the W Route, ten minute walk, or the NV Route, 15 minutes or so away. We are 3 miles from Penn State. There will be a lease to sign off with one month's security deposit. I accept CASH App, Paypal, cash for rent/security payments, or check.
