This is a listing for one of the three rooms available in my home. This family environment is not necessarily pristine in common areas due to the shared space, but your room and the bathroom are clean. You may share the bathroom with two other guests... and are responsible for cleaning up after yourself. The bathroom is professionally cleaned weekly, but you still want to take care of your hair in the traps, water on the counter, toothpaste on the mirror, trash, etc. Each room has a refrigerator and microwave, so they are self-sustaining; however, if you need to use the main kitchen, you are welcome to use any appliances, pots, pans, etc., three to four days a week. High speed internet, access to printer for light printing, coffee machine in your room, free coffee and tea, free detergent and fabric softener sheets when using washer and dryer.

For 2025, your stay can be a 9-month, 12-month lease or more years (discounted). I have been renting my rooms since 2008. I have two cats, Shadow and Kristi-Kreme, so if you are allergic or afraid of cats, do not reserve. I have two young adult sons, Eli (25) and Josiah (22). Both will be graduating within a year.

The nearest Catabus is the NV Route, 15 minutes away, use CATAGO to pick you up and drop you off at the door, or use the Bike Trails. We are 3 approximately miles from Penn State. There will be a lease to sign off with first and last month rent prepaid to take off the market. Security deposit is not required but within the lease, you agree to pay for any damage you cause. I accept CASH App, PayPal, cash for rent/security payments, or check.
