Beautiful View, Top Floor, Close to campus, ~$1000

2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom apartment. Sublet is only for 1 bedroom/bathroom. Furnishing is nice. I Common area has a couch, tv stand, chair, kitchen table. Bedroom is furnished with a dressed, nightstand and a desk. All amenities are comfortable. Shower is... always nice and hot. Walk in closet is plenty big for anything. Bathrooms are nice, and have plenty of space in drawers and cupboards. Bedroom and closet is carpeted, and bathroom is vinyl flooring. No mold or bugs or insects of any kind. Maintenance is very good and fast. Will fix anything within at least a week if not the next day. Clubhouse is great, has it's own small gym and tavern area. Tavern has a pool table, foosball table and ping-pong table with two vending machines. Front desk is always extremely helpful and kind. The parking pas is free for one car per tenant and it's very easy to register and get. There is always parking available. This specific bedroom/unit for sublet is on the top floor of their highest buildings. Gives a perfect view of the entire school from the windows in your bedroom. It is beautiful on game nights when the stadium is lit up and the fireworks are going off. The property is always quiet, and there is no problem with getting sleep (I am a light sleeper).
