Blue Course Drive Townhouse Room Available

Hello, I’m Neel Bishop. I have a room in a nice townhouse I would like to sublet for the summer, about 10 minutes from campus. It is also conveniently located on the bus line. The address is 1628 Blue Course Drive, State College, PA 16801.

The...
move-in date can be as early as May 12th. The rent is $640 a month plus utilities; however, I am discounting the rent to $550 a month plus utilities (I will pay the balance). You will share the two-bedroom townhouse with a roommate. The roommate is very nice and easy to live with, I have lived with him for two years. He is neat, clean, and works a lot.

The Sublette needs to be a non-smoker and neat. The townhouse includes air conditioning, has two bedrooms, a full bathroom, a living room, and a kitchen. The town house is fully furnished. Your room will include a bed (which has drawers and shelves), two tables, a chair, and a closet. Note: if you prefer to use your own bedroom furniture, please let me know ASAP and I will move it out before you move in. Also, if you would like to stay a few days extra in August through August 12th, you may be able to work that out through the landlord, Continental. You may also have the option to sign a lease for the next academic year, since my lease is ending and I am moving out at the end of July. If you are interested in the next year, you can work that out with my roommate and the landlord.

If interested, please message me. My phone number is 412-944-6281.
