I'm looking for someone to take over a lease for the 2025-2026 term. It's a 5-bedroom, 2-bath house at 827 W College Ave, super close to west campus for an easy commute for engineering students. Currently, 4 people have already signed, and the house... is secured for the next leasing term. Rent is $898 a month plus utilities. Parking is available for a separate fee. The house has a fantastic full-size kitchen with on-site laundry (free) and a dishwasher; all rooms are private, so you don't have to share with others in the house.
