Hello, I have two bedrooms in a house available August, 2025! $700/month utilities and WiFi included. Security deposit (equal to one month's rent) and first month’s rent due at move in. For a pet to be considered all tenants must agree regarding... possible allergies, etc. For a pet there is an additional $100 deposit and an additional $25/month pet fee. The house is furnished except for your bed. It is a rancher with 3 bedrooms, full bath, living room, equipped kitchen, dining room - all on the main floor. Two bedrooms and a room on the lower level are rented to PSU students. There is plenty of parking - the carport is assigned to the lower level tenant. Your entrance is the front door. Access to the laundry room and storage is on the lower level. All tenants share the use of the fenced yard and deck. The house is an 8 minute drive from campus, there is a bus stop right in front of the house as well! Just minutes from Wegmans and Target.
