There are cats and two big dogs that live with the owner. The... kitchen, laundry room, living room, and backyard are shared spaces with the owners. There is a $55 background check fee. A cat will be considered for an additional $25/month to rent. There is a shared driveway with no street parking, so a non-car owner is preferred.
