About this Large Furnished Bedroom: This furnished bedroom is on the top bedroom level of a tri-level house and is larger than the other available furnished bedroom on the top bedroom level. Waterproof and scratch resistant Vinyl Plank flooring was professionally installed by Lowe’s in October 2023.

This bedroom has a double bed suitable for a couple or the luxury of a single occupant. This bedroom has a large chest of drawers with a TV atop. A smaller chest of drawers with shelves above is included. A refrigerator with small freezer is included. A desk with drawers and chair is also included.

This bedroom has a Schlage lock with a key for extreme privacy when needed. An Xfinity router provides the wireless Ethernet connections.

Commitment to rent requires a successful interview with me (the landlord) and other tenants, AND a $350 Cash Security Deposit and lease. Upon successful completion of commitment to rent, the ad will be modified for availability after the end of your lease. (Interviews are a two-way street. You must pass us and we must pass you for a successful completion of commitment to rent.)

Some important lease terms:
Under Clause 4 Term of Tenancy:
If tenant vacates before the term ends, Tenant will be liable for the balance of the rent for the remainder of the term, but see Clauses 17 and 22.
Clause 17a Possession of the Premises:
If, after signing this Agreement, Tenant fails to take possession of the premises, Tenant will still be responsible for paying rent and complying with all other terms of this Agreement.
Clause 22 Additional Provisions:
Either the Tenant or the Landlord may terminate this Lease with two months written notification. Lease Termination shall be accompanied with two months’ rent by the Tenant!

Pro-rated rent at $25 per day in cash based upon move-in date to the end of the month of your move-in month. Beginning the 1st of the following month, checks become acceptable due the 1st of the month ($10 per day late fee after the 4th of each month, $50 maximum late fee).

All utilities included: electric baseboard heat, water, sewer, garbage collection and Xfinity wireless network.

Tri-level house: Three bedrooms are on the top level. The main full bathroom is on the right and is shared by other tenants. The main full bath has tub, shower, toilet and vanity with sink and large mirror and lights above. The owner (landlord) occupies the master bedroom with private bath on the left. The subject furnished bedroom is next to the main bathroom. A smaller furnished bedroom for a single occupant is centered between the subject bedroom and the master bedroom on the left and the other available tenant bedroom.

The mid-level (or entry level) of the house has a shared dining room and kitchen. The kitchen is extensive with maple wood mode cabinets and drawers, island counter, dishwasher, double bowl stainless steel sink, black GE oven with black ceramic four burner cook top with built-in black GE microwave oven over the black ceramic cook top. A black side by side, cabinet depth Frigidaire freezer/refrigerator is at the right end of the kitchen. To the right of the Frigidaire is an entry door to the door to the two-car garage. The kitchen has a sun tunnel with solar powered night light.

Dishes, Tupperware and silverware in the wood mode cabinets are shared. The landlord supplies shared paper towels, dish detergent, garbage bags and some groceries such as: K-cup coffee, breakfast items and snacks.

The bottom level of the tri-level house or family room includes a shared: laundry room, bathroom, refrigerator, wet bar with microwave and small refrigerator. Three other tenants can have sleeping areas in the Family Room.

One tenant can occupy a private Office furnished bedroom. Another tenant can have a private bedroom in the center of the family room and another tenant can have a Futon bed at the opposite end of the family room across from the wet bar and adjacent to a French door to the screened-in porch and back yard.

Smoke-Free is NOT indicated, but actually allowed EXCEPT in the carpeted areas and bedrooms.
