Large Studio Sublet/Takeover, Close to Campus, Pet Friendly

Hi all,

I’m graduating in the summer and staying in state college until august, and need someone to takeover my lease for the rest of the 25-26 academic year.

im planning on moving out between 8/17-25, but you are welcome to come in later depending... on your schedule & we can discuss rent payment depending on your move in date.

The apartment is very walkable to campus, and takes only 10 minutes to get to the west campus (engineering buildings). You don’t really need a car as the location is great (i lived without a car for 3 years), but the unit does include a parking spot.

you only pay for electricity (maybe $20-30 a month), and wifi, heating, water, trash etc is all included.
there is a washer dryer in the building right next to yours so it’s quite & convenient.
the apartment is pet friendly, and the maintenance team is awesome. i’ve put in requests at 3 am & they’d come fix it the same morning.
i’ve lived here so happily for the past 4 years!
located in the holmes foster neighborhood, so the area is very safe and quiet even at night.
there is also a fire pit you can use in the back yard.
