I am renting two bedrooms of a beautiful 3 bedroom house. I live on the ground floor and the two additional bedrooms are on the second floor.
About me: I teach music at PSU and travel often for concerts, overall, I am there about 50% of the... time. However, in the fall 2025 I am on sabbatical and will most likely not be around at all.
Looking for a male tenant, ideally grad student or post doc, responsible and clean!
About the house: great location, close to campus (under 2 miles), bus line, adjacent to a beautiful park in a quiet neighborhood. Close to everything including shops, restaurants, Best Buy, trader joes, Walmart, Wegman, asian market. Large terrace, washer/dryer, BBQ, tennis court and seasonal swimming pool on site.
$100/mth flat fee for all utilities, including electric, internet and cable.
