Summer Sublet at The Bellaire

I am looking to sublease my apartment at the Bellaire this summer! Lease would be 5/1 - 8/4, with a flexible start date. You have the option of renting either one bedroom or the whole apartment. Perfect for one person, or two friends!

The apartment...
includes spacious bedrooms, private bathrooms, washer/dryer, and a balcony. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. It is a short walk to campus, and only a 5-minute walk to a White Loop stop.

The apartment comes furnished with couches, TV stand, coffee tables, high-top table, beds, and wardrobes. I can remove the extra furniture (TV, desks, extra table, etc.) and any decorations (rugs, posters), or leave them for your convenience.

Rent is $975/mo per bedroom, and includes water, sewer, trash removal, and high-speed internet. Electricity is a separate charge and is split between roommates.

Feel free to ask me any questions. I'm happy to work with you to make your summer sublease as convenient as possible!
