Our apartment is on the 6th floor of the building. There's a laundry washer and dryer in unit. Plenty of storage in kitchen with a fridge, freezer, toaster, airfryer, microwave, stove, oven, and sink with a built -n garbage disposal. We also have a... fully furnished living room and bedroom, and a large TV with cable in the living room. Our unit has large windows with curtains looking out west of the building.
In the Metropolitan on the 3rd floor common areas, there are two TVs, a pool table, tea and coffee maker, work rooms and a computer room with a printer that prints for free, outside (3rd floor) there's a working grill, pool, hot tub, and pool chairs. On third floor there's also a large fitness room with cardio machines, full rack of dumbbells, yoga mats, pull-up bar, smith machine, other weight machines, medicine balls, etc.
The Metropolitan is also right on the edge of downtown State College, and a very short walk to campus.
This is a listing for a shared bedroom in a five person apartment. Your roommate will be a rising senior. He's very neat and respectful and likes to have fun. He's very tolerant of anyone whether you like to party or not. There's a shared four-piece bathroom in our bedroom room.
