Hi! I am (urgently) looking for someone to takeover my lease for a furnished bedroom in a 4 - bedroom apartment at The Pointe. The lease starts on August 14, 2025 and ends on July 31, 2026.
The apartment has four bathrooms in total, so everybody... has their own bathroom. The monthly rent is $749 and includes trash removal and internet access. No application or administration fee must be paid. The Pointe offers a wide range of amenities, including a pool, CATA bus pass, sauna, fitness room and much more.
I am an international student from Germany who cannot go to Penn State this year due to the current visa restrictions, which is why I need to find someone to takeover my lease as soon as possible. Don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions! I am happy about every request :).
