The Pointe

So, the setup is slightly weird and I've had trouble describing here: You have two roommates, you are paying rent for a single bedroom and bathroom with a shared common space. You share the kitchen, laundry, and general living area with two other... roommates. I would not worry about them though, because I have seen them like twice since moving in. All in all, it's a very nice way to get your own space affordably, with enough amenities shared to cut down the price.
