Tremont Student Living

This property is on the bottom floor of Tremont Student Living, closest to the clubhouse, pool, front office, and bus stop. It is a 4 Bedroom/2 Bath, with private rooms, locks for bedroom and front door, in-unit washer/dryer, stove, refrigerator,... and fully furnished.

I will be working an internship over the summer that is out of town, so I have no need for the apartment. It would be perfect for someone looking to stay just for the summer to either work, or for someone who is looking to move in for the summer and renew for the following year.

There will only be two other roommates here during the summer, both males in their senior year at Penn State. They are both fairly clean, very friendly, and do not consume alcohol or smoke on a regular basis. This location is super close to walmart, target, sheetz, and other stores if you need to walk, but a free bus pass is also included.

Parking is free, and the only utilities charged are gas and electric, which tend to be about $50 or less per month(much lower in the summer months).
