This is a great place to live. I am re-renting my lease for the 2025-2026 academic year to pursue other opportunities. Rent is due at the first of every month and it will at the rate I signed my renewal lease which is $695 but electric is separate... from the rent and should be around $50 per person but will vary depending on use so it’s not a set amount for each person. The townhouse itself is great, it has a living room and kitchen area which is shared. There is a bathroom downstairs. For the bedroom I am currently renting, it’s great and I will upload pictures but it has a private bathroom, closet, and shower/tub combo.
