1 Minute to PSU -- 131 West Park Avenue

One minute to PSU.
These quiet, nonsmoking apartments are family owned and operated. The units were built by my grandfather, and are conveniently located on the north side of Penn State’s University Park campus, across from the Ford Building and...
Mateer Hotel and Restaurant Management Building. Just minutes from our apartment building are the Nittany Lion Inn, Music, Education, Kern Graduate Center, and Pattee/Paterno Library. And for those who like to exercise, Rec Hall is within a few minutes walking distance; facilities include an indoor track, basketball court, and fitness center. See our video promotional tour for more info.
An updated tour of the apartment building now includes a sample of every type of apartment unit.
The best way to navigate the matterport model is to use the "Highlights Reel", which can be accessed by clicking on the "up caret" button in the lower left corner of the screen. The apartment types are described on each thumbnail, and you can either click directly on the type you wish to view or you can press the "Play" button and be taken on an automated tour of each front door.
Our 15-unit apartment building features:
· A quiet, considerate, studious atmosphere
· No-smoking and no-pet environment
· State-of-the-art fire alarm system
· On-site, coin-operated laundry
· Rent includes basic cable, heat, hot water, sewer, trash removal, and snow removal. Tenants are responsible for paying their electric bills and any upgrades to the cable service, such as high-speed internet.
· Limited, reserved parking is available for an extra $110.00 per month on a first-come, first-served basis.
The property offers basement level studios and small one bedroom, one bedroom, and two bedroom units, ranging in price from $835-$1,469.
