Garner Court at the Canyon one bedroom lease transfer

This is a canyon property lease. My lease is for the single bedroom in a 2 bedroom (3 person) unit. You can also transfer this lease to any other canyon building/apartment layout if you please. This includes a studio. Having a lease at the canyon... gives you access to all the amenities of the canyon in every building. Prices have gone up since I signed my lease so taking this lease would save you 3k for the year since you keep the rate I originally signed with (1499/month).
