Looking for someone to sublet or take over the lease for this apartment, I have to move out from the area due to work and family.
If you are interested in choosing to take over a lease, Credit score must be 600 or more... and must make 3x the monthly rent. If you need a guarantor, they will ask you for one. I will get to you the lease and appendums. They prefer professional or graduates but there are people who aren't in the area.
You do not get an option to renew if you sublet.
Rent is $1025 Sublet Fee is $150, Lease Transfer Fee is $300.
I can provide videos from when I moved in for you as well, when I move out it will be the same as I came in.
Lease ends in 7/31/2025.
