Hello!
I am looking for a roommate for a two-room apartment at Park Forest Apartments from March to August 2025 (at rental rate of $1,170 per month till 8/3/2025, that we can split) and then to take over the lease till August 2026. (The lease... would run until 8/3/2026 with a rental rate of $1,205 per month).
The unit has: - Patio - 3 storage closets - 1 full bathroom - Large bedroom (13'11''x 11') + half a bathroom + closet - Small bedroom (9' x 11') + closet . I am currently in the smaller bedroom until May 2025.
The unit comes unfurnished with a dishwasher and a refrigerator. Right now is furnished but needs to be emptied at the end of the lease. Until then I can leave the beds, sofa, trashcans, kitchenware, plates and cutlery, lamps, side tables, dining room table+chairs and the microwave.
Monthly rent per unit: $1,170, utilities included, except for electricity,($40-$60 monthly). The heating and stove are gas-powered.
The apartment is located on CATA bus line. CATA bus pass not included in the rent but you can apply to RIDEpass to have access to any regular CATABUS route for $22 a month.
The property is close to the Tudek Park and within walking distance of Walmart, Trader Joe’s, TJ Maxx, Target, ALDI, and more.
