Parkway Plaza Apartment (taking over a lease)
This listing is to take over a lease I have that lasts until the end of July. I would like to move out because I just graduated. The $830 rent number includes fees and utilities (it's only $750 in rent, but the fees always add up to that much). It's... a two bedroom apartment where each bedroom is rented separately. They will probably make you sign up for a new lease that lasts until that time. Renewing may be possible. My roommate is also looking to move out since he graduated too. If you have a friend and need two bedrooms, we can try to transfer both leases.
